My attitude towards fitness is to be passionate about what you are doing and the benefits you get from it.

I never ask clients to do anything that I would not be able to do or have not tried myself.

My style is about good, honest hard work and getting measureable results that relate to your goals.

I take holistic approach to health and fitness; looking at nutrition, lifestyle, adequete sleep, activities outside of the gym, your occupation and how to fit in regular exercise with your everyday life.

But above all, I am about getting up and getting on with it.
