Extreme Circuits - only at Winners 2000!

Starting from January 8th 2008, we are starting circuit training sessions at Winners 2000.
Sessions are at 6.20pm on a Tuesday and 2pm on a Sunday.
First session is free, so come and join in. I promise you an awesome workout!

Are you the one?
Are you the genetic freak that can sit on the sofa with the
sky planner and pizza, drink what you want, eat what you want, do nothing
but still have great health, energy and look great?
Is that you? Or are you like everyone else on the planet?
So what are you doing that means you are not going to get fatter, less
healthy and less attractive to your partner?
We have the answer for you – Xtreme Circuit Training.
We will be offering two sessions a week, each with its own level of intensity.
Level 1 – Tuesdays at 6pm
Get off the sofa and spend an hour doing something to shrink your
gut and to help you fit your favourite jeans again!
If you only have one hour this week, come and do a bit of everything: weights, cardio, stretching and core stability.
Our circuit training is different every week, but the pay-off is the same.
You leave feeling better, and knowing you have done something this week to stay alive, to do your bit at not being a fat slob
who is really on the downward slope to high blood pressure, bigger trousers and more excuses about why you are how you are.
Level 2 – Sundays at 2pm
This gets military, its insane and it gets nasty.
This makes fast changes to health, weight loss and strength.
But it will hurt, and we don’t pretend it wont.
The more advanced style of circuit training is for anyone, but we take
no prisoners at all in this session, and stopping is not an option.
If inside your head you need to make fast changes, you need some motivation,
you need to be pushed out of your comfort zone, this is designed with you in
mind.
Strength training, stretching, core work, body conditioning, plyometrics - everything and anything goes.
We promise you the most fulfilling workout of the week.
