My Approach to Training

First and foremost, my approach is about working passionately towards your goals; wether that is to look better, become stronger, improve sporting performance or to improve your whole way of life.

Define your Goals

The first step is always to identify what your goals are; what do you want from your body and how will that improve your everyday life?

Together we will establish goals for you to achieve.

Diet and Rest

I will examine and improve your dietary and sleeping habits; without the correct nutrition and enough sleep your body will not respond well to exercise and you will struggle even at the early stages.

The Training Plan

I will plan your training and exercise with you; you want to commit to achieving your goals, but you still have to fit your training around the rest of your life.

The Training Sessions

Training sessions with me are intense - I want you to reach your goals - but you will leave with a sense of achievement and be hungry for more!
